While I was at home having a small panic attack, no one looked at me with a stank eye. I should have been more careful, but there was also not enough checks in the CI/CD pipeline.

That’s why It’s so important to have a blameless culture at work. Instead of pointing finger, figure out ways for this to not happen again.
